Black Bean Burger
This recipe is a courtesy of our new volunteer Michal Filípek.
The Black Bean Burger is a tasty and healthy alternative to the meat hamburger, and it’s pretty easy and fast to prepare:
2 teaspoon olive oil | 2 teaspoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt | 1 onion |
3 garlic cloves | 2 carrots |
2 cans of beans or 500g of dry beans previously left in water for a night | 1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon cumin | 1 teaspoon of soy sauce |
Drizzle some oil in a pan, when is hot add the onions, the salt and spices. Add the carrots when the onion is gold. Once everything looks well-cooked smash the beans together with carrots and onions until it’s all properly mixed.
Now, grub a hunk of the bean mixture and form it into a nice, neat patty. Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. After this, you are ready to cook it. Hit up some oil and cook for a while the burger. it will be ready rapidly.
