IDC Recipe: Homemade Bread

Have you always thought that making your own bread is difficult? Well, we were one of those, but since we started experimenting with the basic bread recipe, our meals aren’t the same 🙂

So we share with you our IDC Recipe of Homemade Bread. Of course this is the basic one, and then we encourage you to change some ingredients (dry for other dry ones, fat for other fat ones, liquids for other liquids… you got it!). We have used different flours: whole-wheat, corn, barley, kiwicha, oat; different seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, poppy, lin, chia… And different SPICES! Oh yes, curry bread? Ginger bread? And our favorite: garlic bread!

You just need to be creative and create your own tasty breads. We know that sometimes experimentation can go not as exactly as we planned, but we learn from our mistakes, and croutons are always good.

Here the recipe:

Here one tip from our dear friend Dénes (best baker that passed through IDC… so far!): you can add a boiled smashed potato to make the bread softer!

Which other ideas you have in mind? Beetroot, sweet potato, rosmary and honey, carrot cake, chocolate… let the breadspiration begin!

And please, share with us your breads!!! 🙂
